Answers
1.1. This process couldn't be simpler. From the front page, you can search by the area you live in or the type of food you want. Once you've found the restaurant or takeaway you're ordering from, select the dishes you want and you'll be directed to a login page (if you haven't logged in already) where you can also register if it's your first visit. Once logged in you can proceed to our secure payment page, which allows you to pay by credit card or by cash. Once this has been completed the order is sent through to the restaurant or takeaway and after that it's just a matter of waiting for your delivery!

1.3. Ring us immediately on 01 413 9916 and we will cancel your order and make sure the credit card payment doesn't go through. Once an order has been cancelled, you are free to place another order via FeedMe.ie with the same outlet.
2.1. You can pay by credit card online, which ensures your payment goes through immediately, or you can also choose to pay by cash upon arrival, meaning you can sort out payment directly with the restaurant or takeaway.
2.2. We currently accept Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, 3v, American Express and Laser.
2.3. Yes, we take credit card security very seriously! We use well use a well established company to process your credit card details. We never store your credit card details on our systems. In addition we use SSL technology to encrypt your details, ensuring your details are safe.
2.4. Unfortunately that it outside our control and you will need to contact the restaurant directly with your complaint about the quality of their food. Please do not contact FeedMe.ie with any complaints or queries about the actual food you receive from any outlet advertising with FeedMe.ie.
2.5. Again this is an issue which you must take up directly with the outlet in question. They will more than likely apologise and offer you a refund and/or compensation, of which you are entitled to.
2.6. Please call us on 01 413 9916 and we will cancel the order. To file a complaint with the restaurant or takeaway you will need to contact them directly.
2.7. Contact us on 01 413 9916 and we will look into what the overcharge was.
3.1. We only keep your details on a secure, encrypted server using the latest technology. Our staff do not have access to any of your details. We don't store any credit card information on our servers, we merely route it through a secure SSL server to make the payment.
3.2. We'd hate to see you go but to delete your account go to 'My Account', click the cancellation link, fill in the form and your account will be deleted.
